With our email2txt solution we provide you with a simple web address. Your email alerts are then sent to this web address through your normal email client (e.g. MS Outlook). These are then converted and sent as text messages. You can send unlimited emails either in batch or individually. This solution allows you to send messages either in "batch" or "real time" and they can be originated from one PC or many different ones.

Example - SMS BACS notifications

We are using this solution on behalf of one of our clients to deliver, via text, a copy of their consultants' payment notifications. These are traditionally received via email. However, this has the unique advantage over an email, in that even if their clients are on the road or unable to access their email, they are still alerted when their payments have been made. Additionally it also allows the consultant to query the payment before the money is actually transferred to their account. This saves both time and money for the client and its customers, as well as adding value to the client's business.
